To end my christmas dinner, I wanted to give my family a warm chocolate ending to the meal. This is what I created – Chocolate Soup. Somewhere between hot chocolate and ganache lives Chocolate Soup. This soup it inspiringly rich so keep the portions small. I like to serve the soup in modern flutes dipped in milk chocolate.
